How is our school quote prepared?

We prepare a consistent annual quote using your school's requirements and the estimated number of full SENCO or SET accounts. The complete price and terms are confirmed in writing before you commit.

Who needs a full account?

Count SENCOs and SETs who need the complete SENScribe workspace. People providing requested input do not need a full account. An estimate is enough for your initial enquiry.

Can our licence change later?

Yes. Contact us when your school's needs change and we will confirm any licence or pricing change before it takes effect.

Can the price change during our licence term?

No. The annual price in your accepted quote stays fixed for that licence term. Any renewal price is communicated before your school commits to renewal.

Is MIS integration included?

No. MIS integration is planned as an optional paid add-on and is not required for any school licence. Availability and pricing will be confirmed during your enquiry.

Can the school pay using a purchase order?

Yes. We support school purchase orders and direct invoicing. Include your school details in the enquiry and we will confirm what is needed for the quote.

How is VAT handled?

SENScribe is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged. If VAT becomes applicable, it will be shown clearly on your quote or invoice before payment.

What happens after an enquiry?

We reply by email to confirm your requirements, annual quote and onboarding arrangements. No payment is taken when you send the enquiry.
